1.  How do i create new articles after i login?

* Never input the whole articles in summary section, where only simple introductions are entered.

3.  I forget my password or login, what can i do?

Send your password lost email to support@valuablecontent.com
We will try to reset the password for you. Or you can create a new one but you will lose all the articles you created.


4.  How soon my articles get posted on your site?

Each article will be personaly reviewed by our editors and if it meets our standards and TOS, it will be published within 24 hours.


5.  Why my articles got disapproved?

Articles can get disapproved for different reasons, some of the common reasons are:

  * Enter the complete article in summary section.
  * Articles are not clean or mixed with html codes.
  * No contents, too commercial or simply advertising.
  * Articles against our TOS.

We strongly recommend you to do a Preview in the editor box to make sure all the artilces formats are correct and clean before submission.


6.  After i login, i see different menu items like Articles, News, Blogs and Pages, what are they and can i create all of them?

After login as a regular writer account, you can create Articles and Blogs but not News and Pages, which are only for ValuableContent.com editors.  Currently there are no restrictions on how many articles or blogs you can create.


7.  Can i mark my articles as featured during creation? 

No. Currently we are not support featured artilces, so please do not mark that as it will only slow your publish process.
