Like most individuals on this planet, I have spent a good deal of time fantasizing about the life I would have if only I could choose. Then, one day the simple phrase “Why not?” changed my life forever.

The statistics on dependence, particularly in women, are shocking. Virtually every person will know someone who is in danger of dependence. Despite the direness of the situation, there is hope.

The basis of such statements is that we all want people to be free to choose their own religious and spiritual beliefs. However, deep within ourselves we also want others to choose the right religion, namely our own.

In this article, I am going to explore the methodology of contemplation as a means to explore personalize truth and spiritual bonding. As with any technique, it is important to remember that contemplation is a tool. Thus, undertaking contemplation will not automatically translate into a free ticket into Heaven or automatically transport you to Nirvana.
