Pirjo Friedman studied dentistry in Finland. Practicing initially in Finland, later Israel, now Toronto, Canada. She has taught dentistry at the Faculty of Dentistry of the University of Toronto and at Temple University in Philadelphia. She is a Past President of the Women Entrepreneurs of Canada.
