I received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physiologic Science, with honors, from the University of California at Davis. I completed Medical School at the University of California at Davis, and my Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Arkansas. I am a member of The American College of Physicians, The Medical Association of Georgia, The National Association of Medical Communicators.
Smokers often say that it is very difficult to quit smoking. This might be true to an extent, however if the smokers apply right and effective methods, smoking cessation may become a reality for all. There are many ways to quit smoking, however to find an effective method that works is a task in itself.
