How Often Do You Do A Coffee Enema?
Although not many have heard of coffee enema, it has been around for more than 90 years. Coffee enema is different from saline enema. The method allows you to cleanse more toxins, wastes and parasites away from your body. It is a different way of taking coffee into your body.

Next, pour 0.5 litre of water and 2 teaspoon of water into the pot. Boil it for 10 minutes. Pour it into a jug that contains other 1 litre of water. Use your hand to test the temperature of the coffee and make sure it is almost the same as the temperature of your body. Next, pour the coffee into the enema kit and hang it on a door knob at the toilet or somewhere that is around that height.
Lay a mat on the floor in the toilet. Put some olive oil at the end of the tube. Insert the 2 inches of the tube into your anus. Lie down on the mat and start releasing the coffee. Hold the coffee for 10 minutes and let it out in the toilet bowl. If you can’t hold all 1.5 litres of coffee or hold it for 10 minutes, it’s ok to let it out half way too. Don’t force yourself to tolerate.
