The Seed Blossoms with New Office Purchase

Midlands-based online marketing specialist is investing in a new £1million office building to support its continued growth

TAMWORTH, UK (12 March 2007) – Online Pay-Per-Lead marketing specialist TheSeed.com is continuing its growth with the development of a new £1million head office in Burntwood, Staffordshire.

Currently being built to The Seed’s specifications and located at Burntwood Business Park, close to the M6 and M6 Toll road, the two-story new build, which is scheduled for completion later this year, will offer 6000 square feet of office space.

The new building has been designed to meet the requirements of the growing business and its staff, with facilities including free on-site parking and a staff recreation area with LCD TV, pool table and Nintendo Wii, to support the 18-strong team as it continues to expand into new markets.

Managing Director Keir McConomy commented: “The investment in our own new premises reflects the success we are seeing as a company and marks an important milestone in our continued development.  In designing the offices we’ve listened to what our staff want in terms of facilities and working environment and the result will be something that we hope is exceptional. This is an exciting time for The Seed and we are looking forward to the opportunities that this change of location will bring.”

The company recently opened an office in Poland, tapping into the online expertise that exists in Gdansk, with the new head office in Staffordshire set to provide additional support to the Polish arm of the company.

TheSeed.com is the first web-based marketing solution to provide SMEs with genuine, pre-qualified new business leads at a cost of between just £10 - £15 per lead. Unlike other marketing solutions, lead generation from The Seed guarantees genuine, pre-qualified new business enquiries from companies that have read about the business and are interested in its services.

Since its launch in 2006 TheSeed.com has attracted a growing SME customer base in markets as diverse as print, commercial finance, recruitment and IT, with users reporting new business conversion rates of up to 40%.
