Reclaimed Timber is now offering Vintage French Oak floorboards, from 10" - 4" wide. Reclaimed Timber are happy to offer this much sort after French Oak in different finishes.  Very Rustic French Oak is the external face is naturally weathered and of character grade, Dark French Oak is also the external face lightly planed to partly  smooth the finish, Medium  French Oak and Fair French Oak are beautifully smooth from the internal cut of a thick timber. 

Other recently acquired stock offered for sale includes, beautifully aged Pre First World War English Oak the qualities of this timber speak for themselves beautifully aged and sought after by connoisseurs.  And an unusual Parana Pine from Brazil this has been reclaimed from the director’s office at Ipswich Iron Foundry, it’s an amazingly dense and hard wood very hard wearing and very rare.   Another timber in stock of note is Douglas Firs Strip, this has also found its way to us reclaimed from Ipswich Iron Foundry, narrow boards with a pinkish tone are a popular choice due to its straight grain. Also in stock currently we have Pitch Pine, this timber has an amazingly wild grain ; lovely pink streaks lend tone to the character to this very hard wearing dense heavy timber.
