To create a new article with multiple pages, click the create article link or button and then check the ¡®full article¡¯ option in the Article Type in Step One (fig 2.3).

Article Type: Choose the type of article this is. Available types are:
Full Article - Use this option if you want a small summary & you wish to create pages for this article in this news manager. The following sections will cover ¡®summary only¡¯ and ¡®summary with link¡¯ types of articles.
Title: Give this
article a name. This title will appear on the site when this article is
referenced.
Summary: Place
your summary in this editor. This is a visual editor that will allow you to edit
elements as they appear on your page.
Categories:
Choose a category to place this article in.
Author: Use the drop down to choose from the list of available authors in the database. Click on ¡°New Author¡± link if you wish to create a new author for this article.
Click ¡°Next¡± to continue to Step 2

Status: Set the
status of this article to Approved, Pending or Disapproved.
Previous Article:
If this article is part of a series, then you may choose the previous article in
the series from this dropdown box. Eg. If this is part 2, you would choose part
1 in the dropdown menu.
Next Article: As
above, if this is part of a series, choose the next article in the series.
Related Articles:
You may choose articles that relate to the issues outlined in this article.
These will appear in a ¡®related articles¡¯ section when viewing this article.
Related Links:
You may choose links to resources that relate to this article. They will appear
in a related links section when viewing this article.
Attachment:
Click the browse button to look for a file on your hard drive that you wish to
attach to this article. Click the ¡°More attachments¡± link if you wish to add
5 attachments at one time.
Visible: This
sets the visibility of this article on the website. Click yes if you wish to
make it visible.
Featured: This sets the featured status of this article on the website. Click yes if you wish to make this article one of the featured articles on the website.
Start Date: This
is the date that the article is published. You may schedule an article to appear
on the site by setting a future date for the start date. It will automatically
be visible on the start date.
Enable Expiry:
Click this box if you wish to expire an article. When the article expires, it
will no longer be visible on the website.
Expiry Date: If the ¡®Enable Expiry¡± box is checked, this section will be enabled. Choose a date to expire the article. The article will no longer be visible on the website on the expiry date.
Preview Link ¨C Click on the
Preview link to view the Article, before proceeding.
Click on the ¡°Next¡± link to continue.
I chose the Full Article (with pages) option. This step will allow you to add pages to this article by clicking on the Create New Page button.

Click the ¡°Create New Page¡± button for the following page.

Click Save to Save this page in the new article.

As you can see above, the page is now shown in a row with an edit and delete link. To create a new page simply repeat the previous process by clicking the ¡°Create New Page¡± button.
Once you¡¯ve created another page the new page will be shown in this table.

You
can continue to repeat this process until you have finished adding all the pages
to your article. If you have finished adding all pages, click on the
¡°Finish¡± button.

You¡¯ll notice that the new article is now in a new row to allow you to preview, edit or delete it. The visibility is shown with a cross (off) and a tick (on). Every new article will be placed in this table.
